West Warwickshire Scout District are looking for volunteers with different experience's who wants to do more in their community, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

 

Specific Roles:

 

Role: Local Training Manager (LTM)

As a LTM you would be responsible for leading adult training within West Warwickshire Scout District, ensuring that as a district we provide the opportunity for adult members to access and complete the Scout Associations Adult Training Programme.

 

Role: Executive Committee Members

As well as the District Executive Committee, each Scout Group has its own Group Executive Committee that acts as its trustee. Executive Committees make decisions and carry out administrative tasks to ensure that the best quality

Scouting can be delivered to young people.

Scouts need someone with energy, enthusiasm and motivation to help them to have fun and try new things. Could that someone be you?

 

We can offer you a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, have fun and enhance your CV. We need more adults to help us offer adventure and fun. We are friendly and can teach you everything you need to know - no prior knowledge is required - and we will support you to reach your full potential.

 

We understand if you can't make every week and would welcome you when you can be there. You will be an integral part of our leadership team and your thoughts and ideas will be welcomed.

 

Roles come in all different forms, whether its making drinks for the Beavers, mowing the grass or property maintaince - your help will make a difference!
